Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Honeysol, LLC currently ships within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

At this time, Honeysol, LLC does not offer international shipping. This may change in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

Honeysol, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs or government delays (if applicable)

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to us for assistance.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Honeysol, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a resolution.

Honeysol, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
